Speaker Assembly Machine

This machine is to assemble the earphone speaker component

Feature :

1. Frame loading station with bowl feed
2. Rivet Loading station with bowl feed
3. Pole pieces loading station with bowl feed
4. Magnet loading station with bowl feed
5. Auto Riveting station (2 unit)
6. Dispense glue to the frame
7. PCB unload station which isolate each piece to load to the assembled frame and attached with glue dispensed
8. Unload to tray
